Spark Minda has 28 manufacturing facilities across the country and three overseas, located in Indonesia, Vietnam and Uzbekistan.
The diverse clientele across the mobility ecosystem includes passengers, commercial and off-road vehicles, motorcycles, and scooters. Ensuring manufacturing excellence, MCL has been nurturing culture of customer-centricity and delivering diverse products and solutions since 1958. Spark Minda Technical Centre is the hub driving advance engineering and research projects and is responsible for the new products’ design and development for all businesses in the company. Focused efforts to lead research, innovation and sustainability initiatives have helped it stay ahead of the technology curve. We are also developing futuristic automotive subsystem technologies for current and prospective customers.

Minda Corporation Limited (Aftermarket Division) is the aftermarket arm of the Spark Minda Group.
Effective 1st September, 2019 Minda Automotive Solutions Limited is merged with Minda Corporation Limited. The main objective of the company is to ensure availability of Spark Minda Spares across All India through its distribution network of Business Partners, who further ensure parts supplies to every corner of the Indian cities (metro, semi-metro, rural) for aftermarket replacement purpose.
Strong operations lead to strong bottom line. The dedicated warehouse of our Aftermarket division is a state-of-the-art facility bringing efficiency and technology together. Our expansive distribution network ensures faster, efficient delivery.
State-of-the-art warehouse is the powerhouse of operational and delivery excellence offered by Spark Minda’s Aftermarket Division. Spread across 1 lakh square feet, the facility is located in Jhajjar, Haryana and offers an expansive storage capacity.
The futuristic inventory, extensive network of distributors, storage capacity leads to timely delivery, lend a sharp edge to the overall customer experience.
