Job Description

  • Role & Responsibilities

    Planning & Support:

    • Plan and organize Product Training for Mechanics and Retailers.
    • Support to Sales Team for Technical Queries.
    • Extending Minda Mitra as a business model.
    • Organizing and Conducting Technical trainings to internal and external teams.
    • Support for FTR.

    MIS and Reports:

    • Upgrade training document [ Internal & External ]
    • Prepare Monthly Training Calendar.
    • Release of the monthly performance Indexes.

    Promotional  Activities:

    • To participate Field Marketing activities (Mechanic meet / Retailor meet).
    • To facilitate Factory visits as per Marketing plan.
    • To organize and conduct, “Ustad-The Mechanic” program.

    Controlling and Reviews:

    • Lead Technical Training Centre.
    • Review of participants performance and plan for retraining.
    • Maintaining 5S.
